Prabowo to Attend DPR Plenary Session Today
Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to attend a plenary session at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, on Thursday (1/10).
“The plan is, if there are no obstacles, God willing (he will attend),” said the Deputy Chairman of Commission II of the DPR RI, Bahtra Banong, when contacted on Wednesday (30/9).
However, the Gerindra spokesperson has not yet clarified the specific purpose of President Prabowo’s attendance at the plenary session.
According to circulating information, tomorrow’s plenary session includes two main agendas: the determination of working partners for the North Java Coast Management Authority and the approval of an extension for the discussion of the Industrial Design Bill.
In addition to today’s scheduled appearance, Prabowo previously attended a DPR Plenary Session on Wednesday (20/5).
That session was held for the presentation of the Macroeconomic Framework (KEM) and the Main Points of Fiscal Policy (PPKF) for the 2027 Draft State Budget (RAPBN).
At that time, Prabowo attended alongside Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
