Prabowo Teases Lt. Gen. Richard: Don't Worry, I've Seen It
I want those who achieve great results to be promoted immediately, given promotions, and awarded honours.
Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subiionto jokingly teased the TNI Chief of General Staff, Lt. Gen. Richard T. H. Tampubolon, while delivering instructions to the senior officials of the Forest Area Order Task Force (Satgas PKH) at the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office Complex, Jakarta, on Tuesday.
In his address, President Prabowo stated that members of the Satgas PKH who demonstrate excellence must receive promotions, whether in terms of position or rank. Lt. Gen. Richard, within the Satgas PKH structure, serves as the First Vice Chairman of the Task Force Executive.
“Leader of the Satgas PKH, I request a list of your high-performing subordinates. I want those who excel to be promoted immediately, given promotions, and awarded honours. That is how a nation should be run. Those who steal, chase them and catch them! Those who are good should be promoted,” said President Prabowo during his briefing at the Attorney General’s Office Complex, Jakarta, on Tuesday.
At the Attorney General’s Office Complex today, President Prabowo witnessed the handover of Rp13.24 trillion from the Satgas PKH, represented by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, to the state, represented by Finance Minister Suahasil Nazara. During the same ceremony, the Attorney General, who serves as the First Vice Chairman of the Satgas PKH Steering Committee, also symbolically handed over 259,230.73 hectares of land to the state, represented by Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni.
The total amount of Rp13,241,335,681,910.13 handed over to the state in Jakarta on Tuesday consists of Rp3.47 trillion in administrative fines from the forestry sector, Rp1.53 trillion in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office from the handling of special crimes, and Rp8.22 trillion from tax receipts from taxpayers as a follow-up to the work of the Satgas PKH.
Meanwhile, the 259,230.73 hectares of land consist of 140,762.04 hectares from the plantation sector, which was handed over to the Ministry of Forestry to be managed by Agrinas Palma Nusantara; 118,256.74 hectares of conservation and protected forests handed over to the Ministry of Forestry for reforestation; and 211.95 hectares of mining areas, also handed over to the Ministry of Forestry.
