Based on Tempo’s observation, Irfan arrived at around 2:27 p.m. WIB, while Dahnil arrived shortly after. Minister Irfan only stated that the meeting would discuss Hajj matters. “But for certainty, please wait. Wait for the results of the meeting, later on,” Irfan told journalists in Hambalang, Bogor, on Wednesday, 17 June 2026.

Meanwhile, Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak said he would deliver a report regarding the implementation of the 2026 Hajj. However, Dahnil declined to disclose the detailed points of improvement to be presented to the Head of State. He only confirmed that one of the points relates to the health of Hajj pilgrims. “Everything, everything. What is clear is that Mr Prabowo is facilitating the dream of Muslims, which is to perform the Hajj, so that it can run well. That is the important note,” Dahnil said.
