Prabowo Signs Presidential Decree: Kuntadi Officially Appointed as Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes
President Prabowo Subianto has signed a presidential decree regarding the appointment of several officials within the Attorney General’s Office. Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi announced that the decree was signed following the results of the Final Assessment Team, which referred to the proposal letter from Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin. The administrative process will be followed up immediately.
Among the appointed officials, Kuntadi has been named as the definitive Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus). This position was previously vacant after Febrie Adriansyah became implicated in a corruption case. Other appointments include Nana Mulyana as Deputy Attorney General, Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak as Junior Attorney General for General Crimes, Harli Siregar as Head of the Education and Training Agency, and Patris Yusrian as Head of the Asset Recovery Agency.
