From the meeting, Prabowo revealed that productive discussions had taken place between the two parties.
“I have just met with several Russian officials and some Russian companies. I am very grateful because the discussions were very productive,” Prabowo said.
“There are one or two that we need to accelerate; I will handle them personally soon,” Prabowo added.
Meanwhile, President Putin stated that Russia is very open to working with Indonesia.
“A while ago, we received a declaration regarding the strategic partnership. I am very pleased that we are taking steps that give significant meaning and substantial content to the relations between our two countries,” Putin said.
