Prabowo says he has given many marriage messages to Rizky Irmansyah

President Prabowo Subianto said he had given many marriage messages to his personal secretary Rizky Irmansyah and his partner Chika Yenalovi.

“Many messages already, yes. Okay,” Prabowo said after serving as a witness at the marriage ceremony of Rizky and Chika at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan, Jakarta, on Sunday.

Prabowo also said he had conveyed prayers and hopes for Rizky and Chika.

“Yes, good, yes,” the President said.

President Prabowo and the 7th President of Indonesia Joko Widodo served as witnesses at the marriage ceremony of Rizky and Chika.

Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi said after the ceremony that both figures had agreed to serve as witnesses for the wedding of Rizky and Chika.

“Mr Jokowi also agreed to be a witness and Mr Prabowo personally also agreed to be a witness for the marriage of the bride and groom,” Prasetyo said.

According to Prasetyo, Prabowo’s willingness to serve as a witness was inseparable from his closeness with Rizky, who has been Prabowo’s personal secretary for more than 10 years.

“Mas Rizky is the personal secretary of Mr Prabowo Subianto for more than 10 years, already like his own son,” he said.

Prasetyo said Rizky had also known Jokowi for quite a long time, which is why the 7th President of Indonesia agreed to serve as a witness at the marriage ceremony.

“Because he has also known Mr Jokowi for quite a long time,” he said.

The marriage ceremony of Rizky and Chika was also attended by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, the 10th and 12th Vice President of Indonesia Jusuf Kalla, Speaker of the People’s Consultative Assembly Ahmad Muzani, and a number of ministers from the Red and White Cabinet.

Among the officials present were Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Defence Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, and Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Meutya Hafid.

Also present were Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, and Governor of Jakarta Pramono Anung.
