Prabowo Returns to Jakarta After Groundbreaking of 13 Downstream Projects in Cilacap

Observation from detikcom revealed that Prabowo departed from Tunggul Wulung Airport on Wednesday (29/4/2026) at 13:38 WIB. Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya and Deputy State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi accompanied him in the entourage. Prabowo began his working visit to Central Java since Tuesday (28/4/2026). He started the activities by inspecting the Integrated Environmentally Based Waste Processing and Education Site (TPST BLE) in Banyumas. Prabowo also paid respects at the graves of his grandfather and grandmother, RM Margono Djojohadikusumo and RA Siti Katoemi Djojohadikusumo, in Dawuhan Village, Banyumas. On this day, Prabowo visited SMAN 1 Cilacap to ensure the implementation of the school revitalisation programme. It is one of the recipients of the revitalisation programme from the Ministry of Education with a budget of Rp 1,053,562,000. The revitalisation programme was completed in 2025. The agenda then continued with the groundbreaking of 13 second-phase downstream projects in the Cilacap Industrial Area. Here is the list of the 13 second-phase downstream projects: 1. Construction of Gasoline Refinery Facilities in Cilacap, Central Java (Pertamina) 2. Construction of Gasoline Refinery Facilities in Dumai, Riau (Pertamina) 3. Construction of Fuel Storage Tanks in Palaran, East Kalimantan (Pertamina) 4. Construction of Fuel Storage Tanks in Biak, Papua (Pertamina) 5. Construction of Fuel Storage Tanks in Maumere, NTT (Pertamina) 6. Facilities for Processing Coal into Dimethyl Ether (DME) in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra (MIND ID, Pertamina). Capacity of 1.4 million tons per year. 7. Stainless Steel Production Facilities based on nickel in Morowali, Central Sulawesi (Krakatau Steel). Capacity of 1.2 million tons per year. 8. Carbon Steel Slab Production Facilities in Cilegon, Banten (Krakatau Steel). With a capacity of 1.5 million tons per year. 9. Development of Ecosystem & Production of Buton Asphalt in Karawang, West Java (Jasa Marga, WIKA) 10. Downstreaming of Copper & Gold in Gresik, East Java (Pindad, MIND ID). Development of brass mill, brass cup, and precious metal manufacturing facilities in Gresik, East Java. Initial development capacity includes brass cup production up to 10 thousand tons per year and project construction period of 2026-2029. 11. Downstreaming of Palm Oil into Oleofood Products and Biodiesel in Sei Mangkei SEZ, North Sumatra (PTPN) 12. Processing of Nutmeg into Oleoresin in Awaya Plantation, Central Maluku, Maluku (PTPN). With a capacity of 2,560 tons of dry nutmeg seeds per year. 13. Integrated Coconut Processing Facilities (MCT, Flour, Activated Charcoal) in Central Maluku, Maluku (PTPN). With a capacity of 300 thousand coconuts per day.
