Prabowo Responds to NTT Child's Dance Invitation: What He Remembers Is 'Oke Gas'
“How do you know me?” Prabowo asked as he shook hands with children at the communal kitchen of the Berdikari Field evacuation camp in Nagekeo, East Nusa Tenggara, according to detikcom on Wednesday (26/8).
Responding to Prabowo’s arrival, the children asked him to do the ‘Oke Gas’ dance while imitating the movement.
“Oke gas, oke gas,” one child remarked while shaking Prabowo’s hand.
“Mr Prabowo, wiggle, wiggle,” another child said.
However, Prabowo only responded to the child’s antics by poking his stomach. Prabowo then continued walking into the communal kitchen tent.
“What he remembers is ‘oke gas’,” Prabowo said to the regional head accompanying him, laughing.
At the evacuation site, Prabowo walked around to inspect clean water sources, water treatment facilities, and the tents where displaced residents are sleeping.
