Prabowo: Regional Leadership Enhancement Course for DPRD Chairmen is Important and Strategic

President Prabowo Subianto considers the Regional Leadership Enhancement Course (KPPD) attended by DPRD chairmen from across Indonesia as an important and strategic activity, leading him to attend in person. “After learning that this gathering includes all DPRD chairmen from across Indonesia, I deemed it important and appropriate to attend directly,” Prabowo stated during the KPPD event for DPRD chairmen in Magelang on Saturday. The President conveyed his wish to speak heart-to-heart with the participants as fellow children of the nation. “Today, I want to speak as a child of the nation, just like all of you. We come from various different backgrounds,” he said. “I want to speak heart-to-heart. I want to speak plainly,” he added. Meanwhile, as part of the KPPD activities, Governor Ahmad Luthfi emphasised the importance of collaboration between DPRD and local governments in development. “We are partnering with regents and mayors, as well as the Central Java DPRD through the Forum Berlian, along with the Forum Senayan comprising DPR RI members from Central Java electoral districts from various parties. We are forming a strong team,” Luthfi said.
