Prabowo Receives Report from AHY in Monday Afternoon Virtual Meeting

President Prabowo Subianto chaired a limited virtual meeting of the Merah Putih Cabinet on Monday afternoon, 11 May 2026. During the meeting, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, known as AHY, reported on the progress of several priority programmes under Prabowo, such as the three million houses programme and post-disaster rehabilitation. Agus shared this moment from the meeting via his Instagram account @agusyudhoyono. “In that opportunity, I reported on the progress of several priority agendas that are directives from the President to strengthen our infrastructure, connectivity, and regional resilience,” said Agus in the caption of his Instagram post on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. According to Agus, several priority agendas overseen by his ministry include the salvation of the North Coast or Pantura Java region, post-disaster rehabilitation, and the Indonesia Asri movement with green and blue open spaces. There is also the 3 million houses programme with a transit-oriented development (TOD) concept and the transformation of the national railway network. “I also reported on the importance of water self-sufficiency through sustainable irrigation management and household pipelines as a main pillar of food security,” said this Chairman General of the Democrat Party. For Agus, the challenges ahead are not easy. “However, with hard work and cross-sectoral collaboration, we are optimistic that the national infrastructure will become increasingly resilient and bring real benefits to all the people of Indonesia,” said Agus.
