Prabowo Receives Credentials from 9 Ambassadors of Friendly Nations Today

President Prabowo Subianto will receive letters of credence from Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (LBBP) today. Nine ambassadors are set to present their credentials to Prabowo at the Istana. “Yes, nine ambassadors,” said Deputy Foreign Minister Anis Matta upon arriving at the Istana on Tuesday (9/6/2026). Anis Matta has not yet detailed the list of countries whose ambassadors will present their credentials. He stated that he needed to review the list of ambassadors submitting their letters today. “Later, I will look at the list,” he said while entering the Istana complex. It is known that Prabowo previously received letters of credence from eight ambassadors the day before. The presentation ceremony was held at the Presidential Palace on Monday (8/6). The eight ambassadors represented the countries of South Korea, Palestine, the Czech Republic, the Philippines, Greece, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, and Saint Lucia.
