Prabowo Proud: 121 Transformative Policies Enacted in 21 Months

President Prabowo Subianto has claimed his administration has worked hard and taken many bold policies and decisions in less than two years. Precisely in 21 months or 663 days to date, the government under his leadership has decided and implemented 121 transformative policies that resolve the nation’s problems. According to him, some of these problems had remained unsolved for decades. “This means we can decide on a transformative policy every 5 days. That is how hard my ministers and my aides have worked. Some of them have been hospitalised, some fainted, some had surgery, many were exhausted,” he said during the State Address at the Annual Session of the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR RI) on Friday (14/8/2026). He also revealed that the government, during the 21 months under his leadership, adhered to four main guidelines. First, the government upholds and implements the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. Second, the government works to maintain, execute, and protect the core and vital national interests. “This includes safeguarding and managing the wealth of the Indonesian nation as best as possible, so that it can be fully utilised for the prosperity of all the people,” he explained. Third, Prabowo said, his administration works to overcome the people’s difficulties in the shortest possible time. Fourth, in its work, the government is always oriented towards the interests of the people and the interests of their children and grandchildren.
