Prabowo Orders Ministers to Present Positive Data to Public

President Prabowo Subianto has ordered his ministers to convey positive data to the public. This instruction aims to strengthen public optimism regarding Indonesia’s investment and economic growth prospects amidst uncertain global dynamics. Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that Prabowo instructed Minister of Investment and Downstreaming Rosan Roeslani to openly present positive data to the public. “This is part of the government’s commitment to delivering complete and fact-based information to the community,” Teddy said in a written statement on Sunday, 14 June 2026. According to Teddy, the presentation of positive data will take place at Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on Monday, 15 June 2026. He said the move is to affirm President Prabowo’s commitment to building open, transparent, and accountable governance. Rosan had earlier reported the results of his working visit to Prabowo during a meeting at the President’s private residence on Jalan Kertanegara IV, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Sunday. Besides Rosan, cabinet members present at Kertanegara included Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto, Head of the SOE Regulatory Body Dony Oskaria, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
