During the meeting, Prabowo was seen personally welcoming Megawati on the palace terrace. Megawati was wearing a blue batik and was escorted by Prabowo as they descended the steps.

Also present on that occasion were House of Representatives Speaker Puan Maharani, Deputy House Speakers Sufmi Dasco Ahmad and Didit Hediprasetyo, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Minister for State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi.

Teddy explained that the meeting took place in a warm and familial atmosphere, as part of silaturahmi ahead of Eid al-Fitr. Additionally, the meeting reflected values of togetherness and unity among national leaders.
