Prabowo: Let Alone Professors, I'll Follow Up on Village Children's Suggestions via TikTok

President Prabowo Subianto has assured that his administration is open to all suggestions, from academics to village children. He emphasised that he will immediately follow up on proposals that reach him directly, even those submitted via the social media platform TikTok.

Prabowo made the statement before professors at the closing of the 2026 Indonesian Science, Technology, and Industry Convention (KSTI) National Symposium at the Jakarta Convention Centre (JCC), Senayan, Jakarta, on Sunday (28/6/2026).

Prabowo expressed appreciation for the list of suggestions and questions submitted by professors and rectors during the forum. He pledged to pay attention to each point.

“Thank you for diligently following this symposium, and I have received the list of suggestions and questions that were submitted, which were quite numerous. I promise I will pay attention to each one,” Prabowo said.

Prabowo also stressed that he is open to all input, including from village children. He said he immediately follows up on suggestions that reach him directly, even via TikTok.

“Ladies and gentlemen, let alone suggestions from professors, suggestions from village children that reach me directly via TikTok or other means, I immediately follow up on them,” he said.

Prabowo believes that all difficulties faced by the nation must be addressed. By opening up about these difficulties, he said, solutions can be sought so that problems can be overcome.

“Because I believe that difficulties must be faced. And we must be brave enough to face difficulties, brave enough to acknowledge difficulties, and work hard to find solutions to difficulties. I get this from a lot of input,” he said.
