Prabowo Leads Virtual Limited Meeting, Discusses New Preparations for Energy-Economic Policies

President Prabowo Subianto held a limited virtual meeting with several ministers from the Merah Putih Cabinet. The meeting discussed the direction and adjustments to the government’s strategic policies moving forward.

The meeting took place on Saturday (28/3/2026) from afternoon to evening. Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya explained that Prabowo provided directions on national policy steps in responding to the current situation, particularly in the economy and energy sectors.

“President Prabowo Subianto held a limited meeting with several ministers from the Merah Putih Cabinet to determine adjustments and decisions on several economic and energy policies,” Teddy stated in his remarks.

Furthermore, this limited meeting also served as a cross-ministerial coordination forum to ensure that the policies taken remain aligned and directed. At the same time, they are responsive in addressing the dynamically developing situation, including challenges in the energy sector.

The ministers who attended the meeting included Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, and Minister of Manpower Yassierli.

Then, Minister of Investment Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of PAN RB Rini Widiyanti, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
