Prabowo launches 100 GWp solar power programme in Bali

President Prabowo Subianto officiated the launch and groundbreaking of the 100 GWp Solar Power Plant (PLTS) programme in Gilimanuk, Jembrana, Bali. The event was attended by Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Investment and Downstreaming and CEO of Danantara Indonesia Rosan Roeslani, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Governor of Bali Wayan Koster, and President Director of PLN Darmawan Prasodjo. The project is targeted for completion within three years and is part of the National Priority Work Programme under the Energy and Water Independence Cluster to reduce national dependence on fossil fuels.
