Prabowo Instructs Rosan to Announce Results of US and Europe Trip Today

President Prabowo Subianto summoned several ministers to a meeting at his residence in Kertanegara, Jakarta. Among the officials present were Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, and Head of the SOE Management Agency Dony Oskaria. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, the Minister of State Secretary, and the Cabinet Secretary, according to a statement uploaded via the Cabinet Secretariat’s Instagram account. During the meeting, Prabowo received a report from Rosan regarding the outcomes of his working visits to the United States and several countries in Europe and Asia. The report presented valid facts and data showing increased international confidence in Indonesia, reflected by high interest and incoming investment across various strategic national sectors. In addition to receiving the report, Prabowo instructed Rosan to convey the data and results of the visits to the public on Monday, 15 June 2026. The President ordered that the positive data be presented openly to the public the following afternoon at the Merdeka Palace, as part of the government’s commitment to delivering complete and fact-based information to the people. The move was described as part of the government’s effort to provide transparent information to the public regarding investment developments and the positive response Indonesia received from the international community during the working visits.
