Prabowo-Gibran Attend Government Working Meeting at the Palace

President Prabowo Subianto summoned the entire ranks of the Merah Putih Cabinet, from ministers, deputy ministers, directors general of ministries/institutions, to BUMN CEOs, in a government working meeting at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, this afternoon. Vice President Gibran Rakabuming was also present at the meeting.

According to detikcom observations on Wednesday (8/4/2026), the working meeting was held in the central courtyard of the Presidential Palace at 14:00 WIB. The entire ranks gathered in the auditorium of the semi-permanent building.

Two tables occupied by Prabowo and Gibran were at the front centre of the room, while the president’s podium was beside them.

The chairs and tables for the ranks were arranged in rows filling the room. All attendees uniformly wore white uniforms and black trousers.

Minister Secretary of State (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi said Prabowo intended to reunite the views of all parties in the government. Primarily, in the current developing global situation.

“He gathered us all, the ranks of ministries and institutions, both Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Agency Heads or Deputy Agency Heads including equivalent officials overall, starting from directors general, secretaries general, or deputy secretaries of ministries, including directors general,” said Prasetyo.

“In order to reunite our vision, unite our perspectives, unite our energy to face the coming years, especially in terms of him wanting all government work programmes to be implemented as best as possible, as quickly as possible,” he concluded.
