Prabowo Emphasises Tangible Evidence of State Financial Recovery

Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subianto conveyed his happiness and honour while attending the handover ceremony of administrative fines and state financial recovery, which serves as tangible evidence of the nation’s efforts to restore the people’s rights while strengthening national finances.

In his speech at the Attorney General’s Office in Jakarta on Wednesday, the President stated that the handover of these fine funds has occurred several times and has yielded significant results. The President mentioned that the total funds successfully handed over have reached approximately Rp40 trillion.

“I am pleased to be invited to events like this continuously. Each invitation, I see physically Rp10 trillion. I can also whisper that next month there will be a handover of Rp11 trillion, apparently,” said Prabowo.

President Prabowo emphasised that the fund handover event from enforcement should not be viewed merely as a ceremony. According to the President, the Indonesian people now desire concrete evidence of government performance.

“From my experience, our people are somewhat bored with speeches and advice. So, our people must see: here is the money today, Rp10 trillion,” he said.

At the end of his speech, Prabowo expressed appreciation to all members of the Task Force for Forest Area Regulation (Satgas PKH) and related parties who have worked to secure state assets.

“On behalf of the state and nation, on behalf of the government, on behalf of all Indonesian people, I convey thanks to all members of the Task Force for Forest Area Regulation,” added Prabowo.
