Prabowo distributes basic food packages after Eid prayer with Aceh disaster survivors

After Eid prayer, Prabowo paid a visit and greeted local residents to hand over packages of nine basic necessities (sembako) to representatives of the recipient community in front of the mosque. The President then greeted enthusiastic residents in the mosque courtyard. Residents also extended Eid al-Fitr greetings to Prabowo. Some residents greeted him and requested Holiday Allowances (THR). Amid interactions with residents, President Prabowo also inspected temporary housing (huntara) around Masjid Darussalam, built for flood survivor residents in Aceh Tamiang. After Prabowo left the location, residents continued to crowd the mosque courtyard to collect sembako loaded on two trucks. During his visit to perform Eid prayer and halal bihalal in Aceh Tamiang, President Prabowo was accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya and Interior Minister Tito Karnavian. Also present were State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi, Public Works Minister Dody Hanggodo, Defence Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Deputy Agriculture Minister Sudaryono, and TNI Chief General Agus Subianto. This Eid al-Fitr serves as a symbol of the strength and commitment of President Prabowo Subianto to always be present among the people, strengthen brotherhood, and bolster the spirit of Indonesian national unity.
