Prabowo Claims Government Has Resolved 110 National Issues in 18 Months

President Prabowo Subianto has stated that the government has resolved up to 110 strategic issues during the first 18 months of his administration, which he assessed as a major achievement. “Perhaps our latest count is more than 108 issues, 110 issues that we have resolved in just over a year, 18 months of our government. This is no small achievement,” Prabowo said during the Plenary Cabinet Session at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday (20/7). The President said these various achievements were attained without making the government arrogant. According to him, a humble attitude must be maintained even though the government has succeeded in resolving many issues. “We are humble, we do not want to beat our chests, we do not want and we must not be big-headed,” said the President. During the session, Prabowo then requested that the book containing the list of resolved strategic issues be immediately distributed to all session participants. Upon learning that the book was not yet in the hands of all participants, the President again requested that the document be distributed immediately. “Distribute it, not just prepare it, I ask for it to be distributed. So, it is in front of the ministers and deputy ministers,” said Prabowo. The President emphasised that these various achievements were the result of the collective work of all members of the Red and White Cabinet over the past nearly two years. According to him, the government has recorded progress in resolving these various issues. He said the results of this work need to be acknowledged as a form of appreciation for the efforts of the entire cabinet. The President expressed hope that the Indonesian nation would be able to appreciate its own country’s successes if it wishes to gain respect from other nations. “Our achievements are quite significant. Our achievements, history will record them,” Prabowo stated. The mid-year Plenary Cabinet Session was held as a forum for evaluating government performance ahead of the President’s state address in August 2026.
