Prabowo chairs limited meeting in Hambalang to discuss education to defence

Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subianto chaired a limited meeting with several members of the Merah Putih Cabinet at his residence in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, on Saturday (2/5) evening, discussing various matters ranging from education to national security and defence. “The President held a limited meeting in Hambalang, Bogor, with several members of the Merah Putih Cabinet,” as posted on the Instagram account (@presidenrepublikindonesia) on Sunday. The post explained that during the meeting, President Prabowo discussed developments in several strategic issues, including the education sector in commemoration of National Education Day (Hardiknas) and the progress of downstreaming programmes to strengthen public interests. In addition, the meeting also addressed aspects of defence and security in maintaining national stability amid global geopolitical dynamics. Attendees included the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) M Herindra, Foreign Minister Sugiono, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Mendiktisaintek) Brian Yuliarto, Minister Secretary of State (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi. Also present were the Head of the Government Communication Agency Muhammad Qodari, Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital (Wamenkomdigi) Angga Raka Prabowo, Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya, and President Director of PT Pindad Sigit Puji Santosa.
