Prabowo Briefs 400 Future BUMN Leaders in PFLP Programme
The briefing took place in Hambalang, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Sunday, 24 May 2026. Attendees included State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Head of BUMN Management Agency Dony Oskaria, BIN Chief Herindra, Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Angga Raka, Chief of Cabinet Secretariat Teddy Indra Wijaya, Head of Communications Agency M. Qodary, and Special Advisor for Communication Hasan Nasbi.
In a statement on Monday, 25 May 2026, Chief of Cabinet Secretariat Teddy stated: ‘This programme, specially designed by the President, is prepared to form future leaders of BUMN companies.’
Teddy noted that 400 participants are enrolled in the programme’s inaugural cohort. The initiative forms part of the government’s effort to strengthen leadership quality within BUMNs.
‘PFLP is designed to support President Prabowo’s vision of creating good BUMN governance through enhancing human resources with the best heart and best mind,’ he said.
According to Teddy, the educational programme will run for nine months across three main phases, beginning with character and discipline building for the first three months.
‘The nine-month educational programme is divided into three phases: character and discipline building for three months,’ Teddy added.
He stated that participants will undergo managerial capacity and decision-making training at Danantara Corporate University for four months before completing two months of internships.
‘Managerial capacity and decision-making strengthening at Danantara Corporate University for four months, followed by two months of internships in ministries, agencies, or BUMN environments,’ he continued.
Teddy further stressed the programme’s role in the government’s broader strategy to prepare top-tier human resources to lead BUMNs in the future.
‘This step is part of the government’s major strategy to cultivate a generation of professional, integrity-driven BUMN leaders capable of addressing Indonesia’s future challenges,’ he concluded.
