Prabowo briefs 400 future BUMN leaders in Hambalang

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto delivered a briefing to participants of the Presidential Future Leaders Program (PFLP) 2026 in Hambalang, West Java, on Sunday, 24 May 2026.

The guidance session was posted on the Cabinet Secretariat’s (@sekretariat.kabinet) Instagram account.

According to the Cabinet Secretariat, the programme was specifically designed by Prabowo to develop future leaders for state-owned enterprises (BUMN).

It is reported that 400 participants are enrolled in the programme.

Furthermore, the nine-month education programme is divided into three stages.

The first stage involves character and discipline building over three months.

The third stage is a two-month internship at ministries, institutions, or within BUMN environments.

“This move is part of the government’s broader strategy to prepare a generation of professional, integrity-driven BUMN leaders capable of addressing Indonesia’s future challenges,” it stated.
