According to the Palace Press Bureau, the event took place on Wednesday (3/6/2026). The gathering was attended by 12,173 participants, including Heads of Nutrition Fulfilment Service Offices (KPPG), Regional Coordinators of Nutrition Fulfilment Service Units (SPPG) from across Indonesia, Regional Coordinators, Heads of SPPG, and various implementing partners of the MBG Programme.

In his opening remarks, Prabowo expressed his appreciation to all elements involved in the MBG Programme for their service in various regions. He emphasised that the dedication of these implementers serves as a vital foundation for executing this strategic programme, which aims to improve the quality of Indonesia’s human resources.

“Thank you again for your service so far, in remote areas and in difficult places. Thank you for your dedication. Thank you for your loyalty,” said Prabowo.

During the consolidation meeting, Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, who has been announced as the new Head of the BGN, replacing Dadan Hindayana, was also present. On her first day in office, Nanik presented a direct report to Prabowo.

In her report, Nanik explained that the participants present represented the implementing elements of the MBG Programme from various regions in Indonesia, from the central to the local levels.

“This consists of 20 KPPG Heads of Nutrition Fulfilment Service Offices, spanning from Sabang to Merauke, led by civil servants of grade 3. Also present are the Regional Coordinators (Koreg) of the SPPG from across Indonesia,” Nanik stated.

Nanik added that the in-person attendees represented three provinces: DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten. Additionally, the event was attended by 5,873 partners supporting the implementation of the MBG Programme.

The presence of these implementers and partners is part of an effort to strengthen the execution of the MBG Programme to support the creation of a healthy, strong, and competitive Indonesian generation.

Through this activity, the government also aims to strengthen coordination and synchronise steps among MBG Programme implementers to ensure that execution is effective, sustainable, and provides optimal benefits to the community.

Accompanying the President during the event were the Coordinating Minister for Food, Zulkifli Hasan; the State Secretary, Prasetyo Hadi; and the Head of BGN, Nanik Sudaryati. Various ministers from the Red and White Cabinet and heads of state institutions were also in attendance.

This grand meeting serves as an important momentum to strengthen national coordination, align visions and actions, and ensure that the implementation of the MBG Programme becomes increasingly effective, sustainable, and precisely targeted.

With the support of over 12,000 mobilisers in attendance, the government reaffirmed that the Free Nutritious Meal Programme is not merely a food assistance programme, but a major strategy for Indonesian human resource development towards the Golden Generation 2045, starting with the provision of high-quality nutrition for all children of the nation.
