President Prabowo Subianto attended the mass contract signing for the Sejahtera Home Ownership Credit (KPR) under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme in Batang, Central Java. Prabowo directly witnessed the mass contract signing involving 62,000 debtors.

Prabowo arrived at the location at 14.00 WIB and immediately greeted the residents who were to take part in the mass contract signing. This activity is part of the Three Million Homes Programme, which the government continues to promote to expand access to decent home ownership for low-income communities (MBR).

The mass contract signing was conducted in a hybrid format involving 62,000 debtors, comprising 200 debtors who attended in person in Batang and 61,800 debtors who participated online from 36 provinces. This event is the third series of FLPP mass contract signings, which the President previously attended in Cileungsi, Bogor (29 September 2025) and Serang, Banten (20 December 2025). The mass contract signing event marks that the houses built are ready to be owned and occupied by the public.

Through the FLPP programme, the government provides easier access to housing finance for low-income communities through low fixed interest rates until the end of the tenor, light down payments, and affordable instalments. This reflects the government’s commitment to continuously reducing the housing backlog and providing decent, affordable, and sustainable housing for Indonesian families. As of July 2026, a total of 107,410 low-income community members have been recorded as receiving FLPP financing benefits, with an occupancy rate reaching 93.35%.
