Prabowo Attends Handover of Rp11.4 Trillion from PKH Task Force
President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto attended the handover of Rp11.4 trillion from the collection of forestry administrative fines by the Forest Area Regulation Task Force (Satgas PKH) at the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) on Friday (10/4). Observations by CNNIndonesia.com showed Prabowo arriving at the Kejagung field around 14:50 WIB, wearing a black suit and peci. Also present at the handover of the administrative fine collections were Minister of Defence Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Head of BPKP Yusuf Ateh, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Minister of Forestry Raja Juli Antoni, and Head of BPI Danantara Rosan Roeslani. The breakdown of the returned funds consists of Rp7.2 trillion from the collection of forestry administrative fines by Satgas PKH. Meanwhile, Rp1.9 trillion comes from state finance savings from corruption proceeds. Next, Rp967 billion is from tax deposit receipts throughout 2026. Then, Rp108 billion originates from state revenue through tax deposits for the period of 28 February 2026 by PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara amounting to Rp108 billion. As well as non-tax state revenue from environmental fine payments worth Rp1.1 trillion. In addition, Satgas PKH also handed back the results of the Phase VI Forest Area Reclamation with a total area of 5 million hectares. From the reclaimed land area, 254,780.12 hectares will subsequently be handed over to the Ministry of Forestry. The areas include convertible production forest in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan, covering 149,198.09 hectares, Lae Kombih Nature Reserve Forest in Subulussalam, Aceh, covering 510.03 hectares, and the Mount Halimun Salak Forest Area in Bogor, West Java, covering 105,072 hectares. Furthermore, land covering 30,543.40 hectares was handed over to related ministries/institutions through the Ministry of Finance, then transferred to BPI Danantara, and subsequently to PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero).
