Prabowo Attends Handover of Rp 10.2 Trillion in Confiscated Funds from Kejagung Cases

On Wednesday (13/5/2026), the handover event took place at the Kejagung complex in South Jakarta. Prabowo arrived at the venue at 13:49 WIB, accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. Prabowo entered the event room accompanied by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, Defence Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, and State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi. The event was also attended by several ministers who arrived earlier at the location. Meanwhile, the mound of money to be handed over to the state treasury was displayed in front of the event site. The stacks of cash were arranged into a three-sided pyramid-like backdrop, namely the right, left, and centre sides. The trillions in seized funds were placed in transparent plastic bags containing Rp 100,000 denominations. The total amount originates from administrative fines worth Rp 3,423,742,672,359 and proceeds from the PKH Task Force for PBB-Non PBB taxes worth Rp 6,846,309,214,105. The money will be symbolically handed over by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin to Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa in the presence of President Prabowo Subianto.
