Prabowo Asks Rosan to Announce Results of US-Europe Visit Tomorrow, Promises Good News

President Prabowo Subianto summoned several ministers to his residence in Kertanegara, Jakarta. The attendees included the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, and the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Agency Dony Oskaria.

“The meeting was attended by, among others, the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, the Head of the SOE Regulatory Agency, the State Secretary, and the Cabinet Secretary,” according to a statement on the Cabinet Secretariat’s Instagram, cited on Sunday (14/06/2026).

During the meeting, Prabowo received a report from Rosan regarding the results of his working visits to the United States and several countries in Europe and Asia.

“The report shows valid facts and data regarding the increasing international confidence in Indonesia, reflected by the high interest and influx of investment into various national strategic sectors,” the statement further noted.

Prabow also requested that Rosan present this data openly tomorrow. This is described as the government’s commitment to providing complete information.

“The President also instructed the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming, Rosan Roeslani, to present this positive data openly to the public tomorrow afternoon, Monday, 15 June 2026, at the Merdeka Palace, as part of the government’s commitment to providing complete and fact-based information to the community,” the statement explained.
