Prabowo Appoints Andi Rahadian as Indonesian Ambassador to Oman-Yemen

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated Andi Rahadian as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador (LBBP) to the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen, based in Muscat.

The inauguration process was led by the President of Indonesia at the State Palace, Presidential Palace Complex, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (8/10/2025).

Observations from Kompas.com indicate that the inauguration ceremony began with the singing of the Indonesian national anthem.

Subsequently, Prabowo dictated the oath of office, which was followed by Andi.

“By Allah, I swear; by God, I promise,” said Andi, following the oath of office read by Prabowo.

After the oath-taking, Andi signed the minutes of the inauguration.

Prabowo then continued the event with a congratulations session.
