Prabowo annually distributes sacrificial animals to Hambalang residents ahead of Eid al-Adha 1447 AH
Jakarta (ANTARA) – President Prabowo Subianto annually distributes sacrificial animals to residents around Hambalang in Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency, ahead of Eid al-Adha 1447 AH.
This annual tradition is consistently upheld by the Head of State.
“I am from the presidential household’s head of household this morning, primarily delivering sacrificial cows for the surrounding community, particularly in Babakan Madang District,” said Prabowo’s representative, Budi Waljiman, in a press release from BPMI Presidential Secretariat in Jakarta on Tuesday.
He expressed hope that the sacrifice would benefit everyone and serve as an act of worship, especially from President Prabowo.
The distribution of sacrificial animals is a yearly tradition by President Prabowo for communities around his Hambalang residence.
“Symbolically from President Prabowo Subianto’s residence, we deliver sacrificial animals to Babakan Madang residents as a representative to the Bogor Regent,” Budi said.
Residents welcomed the delivery of sacrificial animals with enthusiasm and gratitude, as it provides tangible benefits to the local community.
“We extend our thanks to President Prabowo Subianto as every year during Eid al-Adha, we are always provided with sacrificial animals in the form of cows – one per neighbourhood unit (RW). Thank you, sir, may you stay healthy, live long, have abundant blessings, and always be happy,” said Nuni Indah Sari, a resident of Bojong Koneng.
Idim, Chairman of RW 07 in Karang Tengah Village, expressed appreciation for President Prabowo’s attention to the surrounding community.
Meanwhile, Karang Tengah Village resident Uday said the sacrificial animal assistance is highly beneficial as each RW in the area receives one cow.
“Alhamdulillah, this is beneficial for our community in Karang Tengah Village. Each RW receives one cow; we have 15 RWs in Karang Tengah. Sir, we are very grateful to President Prabowo, may he stay healthy, live long, and have smooth affairs,” Uday said.
