“Our partners and counterparts from both sides always prioritise fields that are key to our cooperation, and we have often discussed opportunities to develop cooperation in those areas,” said Putin at the Kremlin Palace in Moscow, Russia, as seen in the YouTube broadcast of the Indonesian Presidential Secretariat on Monday (13/4/2026).
Putin stated that various cooperations already undertaken by the two countries will continue to be developed. Those cooperations cover energy, space, agriculture, industrial production, and education.

Prabowo then touched on the ongoing volatile global geopolitical situation. He encouraged Indonesia and Russia to strengthen cooperation in the economic and energy sectors.
