Prabowo and Megawati Display Camaraderie at Pancasila Day Ceremony

Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto and former President Megawati Soekarnoputri displayed camaraderie during the Pancasila Day ceremony at Gedung Pancasila in Jakarta on Monday. After the ceremony, Prabowo and Megawati were seen leaving the venue smiling and holding hands, as observed via live stream. Previously, Prabowo was seen entering the ceremony area with Megawati, who serves as Chairperson of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP). Also in attendance were Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. Prabowo and Megawati previously ran as presidential and vice-presidential candidates in the 2009 election. During the event, Prabowo also expressed appreciation for PDI Perjuangan, which is currently outside the government. He stated that the opposition’s role is crucial in maintaining oversight and balance in government operations.
