Prabowo and Macron Launch France-Indonesia High-Level Business Council

Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and French President Emmanuel Macron launched the France-Indonesia High-Level Business Council. The launch took place during the Indonesia-France CEO Forum in Paris on Thursday, 28 May 2026. In an official Instagram post on Friday, 29 May 2026, @presidenrepublikindonesia stated: ‘Together with His Excellency President Emmanuel Macron, we officially launched the France-Indonesia High-Level Business Council (FI-HLBC).’ The council will serve as a platform to strengthen trade, facilitate investment, and identify long-term economic cooperation opportunities across priority sectors.
