President Prabowo Subianto, accompanied by his son Didit Hediprasetyo, attended the Lebaran open house at the State Palace in Jakarta. Prabowo and Didit appeared to greet visitors directly.

Observations at the location on Saturday (21/3/2026) showed that Prabowo arrived at the central courtyard tent of the Palace around 3:00 PM WIB. Prabowo wore a white koko shirt, accompanied by Didit in a blue koko.

The two walked among the visitors present at the site. Prabowo was seen circling the queue for food servings and shaking hands with the public.

Visitors at the location enthusiastically welcomed Prabowo’s arrival. Those who were eating immediately stopped and stood to watch Prabowo. The public extended their hands to shake with Prabowo.

“Pak Prabowo, Pak Prabowo,” shouts from the visitors could be heard echoing.

“Long live Pak Prabowo,” another visitor chimed in.

They also captured the moment of Prabowo’s arrival. Didit occasionally accommodated visitors’ requests for selfies.

Minister for State Secretariat Prasetyo Hadi and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya were also seen accompanying Prabowo. After the handshakes were complete, Prabowo and Didit returned to Merdeka Palace.

The open house event opened at 12:30 PM WIB. Visitors present were directed to enter in turns to maintain order.

Visitors were directed to enter through Wisma Negara towards the central courtyard of the Palace, the main location for food servings. The public appeared orderly following the instructions of the officers when entering the area.

In the prepared tent, a variety of typical Lebaran dishes were available, such as lontong, satay, and rendang. In addition, various other foods like rice with side dishes, siomay, bakso, and chicken noodles were provided.

Not only heavy meals, various snacks and drinks were also served for the visitors. The public seemed enthusiastic about queuing to select and taste the available dishes.

In addition, children present also received toy distributions. The atmosphere of the open house felt increasingly warm and solemn with the strains of selawat songs accompanying the event.
