Prabowo ally Rosan's wealth rises 6.55 percent to Rp921.27 billion
Jakarta — The wealth of the Minister of Investment / Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, has risen significantly over the past year. According to the Laporan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara (LHKPN), Rosan’s wealth as of the 21 October 2024 report stood at Rp864.65 billion. His wealth as of the 31 December 2025 report increased to Rp921.27 billion. Thus, Rosan’s wealth during his tenure as minister in the Prabowo Subianto administration has risen by 6.55 percent.
Details of Rosan’s latest wealth, quoted from the LHKPN period 2025:
Total wealth: Rp921,271,257,059 (Rp921.271 billion). The wealth is dominated by land and buildings at Rp544,915,132,189 (Rp544.91 billion) and other assets at Rp176,825,351,251 (Rp176.82 billion). Then securities worth Rp97,779,675,520 (Rp97.78 billion). Cash and cash equivalents amount to Rp65,531,097,899 (Rp65.53 billion). There are other movable assets valued at Rp34,460,500,000 (Rp34.46 billion). Rosan also reports assets in vehicles and machinery valued at Rp1,759,500,000 (Rp1.76 billion).
Land and buildings: In the LHKPN, Rosan’s land and building assets are primarily located in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Bali, and DKI Jakarta. Of 28 parcels reported, 7 are in NTB, 3 in NTT, 5 in Bali, and 13 in DKI Jakarta. The land area varies from 350 square metres in South Jakarta to 80,000 square metres in Sumbawa. The values range from Rp300 million in West Lombok to Rp152,157,937,500 (Rp152.15 billion) in Badung. The land and buildings were obtained from own funds.
Transportation assets: Rosan’s assets in transportation and machinery comprise two cars and one motorcycle. The two cars are a 2020 Lexus LM350 valued at Rp1.5 billion and a VW 1962 valued at Rp250 million. The motorcycle reported is a Piaggio VSET 4-150 2001 valued at Rp9,500,000. The status of these transport assets is self-acquired and a donor gift without title deed.
