PPRO Develops Residential Project Facilities to Drive Sustainable Business Performance

This commitment is embodied, among others, through the presence of Sava Padel, a sports facility developed by one of the tenants in the Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon (GDL) area, Surabaya. As part of the lifestyle ecosystem development within the area, Sava Padel features a modern sports facility concept targeting urban communities and the younger generation.
To date, the construction of this padel court has reached approximately 75% progress and is targeted to commence operations in the second quarter of 2026. The presence of this facility is expected to complement the sports and socialisation experience for residents and the surrounding community.
VP Corporate Secretary, Afrilia Pratiwi, stated that the presence of tenants like Sava Padel is part of PPRO’s strategy to enrich area activities and meet the needs of active and healthy urban lifestyles today. Through modern, community-oriented sports facilities, PPRO is committed to creating areas that are not only places to live but also centres for social interaction and improving the quality of life for residents.

As one of PPRO’s student residence projects, GDL is located in a strategic educational area near the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR). GDL has great potential as a hub for young generation activities and urban communities in Surabaya. This further strengthens GDL’s positioning as an integrated residential area that not only provides housing but also offers dynamic living spaces with added value for its residents.
