PPPK Teacher Salary List 2024-2026: Latest Grade and Allowance Details

The salary amount for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), specifically for educators or teachers, has been officially regulated by the government through legislation. PPPK salaries are determined based on a grade system that refers to the level of education and the working period of the grade (MKG). Based on the current provisions (July 2026) stipulated in Presidential Regulation Number 98 of 2020 concerning Salaries and Allowances for Government Employees with Work Agreements, the following is a breakdown of the estimated basic salary for PPPK for each grade. In addition to the basic salary, PPPK teachers are also entitled to receive various allowances regulated in the Presidential Regulation. These allowances aim to improve the welfare of educators within government agencies. PPPK teachers also have the right to receive Periodic Salary Increases (KGB) and Special Salary Increases. The main requirement for obtaining a periodic salary increase is having reached the specified working period for the grade and having a minimum performance assessment of ‘Good’ in the last two years. The total income of a PPPK teacher is an accumulation of the basic salary based on grade plus various attached allowances.
