PPKGBK Clears Hotel Sultan Assets Ahead of Building Demolition

The Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Centre (PPKGBK) has commenced clearing assets from the Hotel Sultan, located in Block 15 of the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) complex in Senayan, Jakarta. The operation, observed on Wednesday, involves moving items from four hotel towers and two apartment towers to the Cikarang Warehouse Complex in Pasiranji Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. This clearance is being carried out prior to the demolition of the buildings, following the execution of the land by the Central Jakarta District Court.
