Jakarta (ANTARA) – A survey by Parameter Politik Indonesia (PPI) found that 67 per cent of the public believe the administration of President Prabowo Subianto and Vice-President Gibran Rakabuming Raka will be able to carry out its duties well.

“Some 67.0 per cent of the public remain optimistic that the government will be able to fulfil its responsibilities well,” PPI Executive Director Adi Prayitno said in Jakarta on Sunday.

The survey data also showed that 24.4 per cent of respondents did not have confidence in the government, while 8.6 per cent did not answer.

The PPI survey also found that 65.2 per cent of the public were satisfied with President Prabowo’s performance, while 32.5 per cent were dissatisfied.

Meanwhile, satisfaction with Vice-President Gibran’s performance stood at 49 per cent, while 38.5 per cent were dissatisfied.

“This shows that improved joint performance is needed to restore satisfaction levels to above 70 per cent,” Adi said.

Survey respondents were residents aged at least 17 or who were married. The sample was selected using a multistage random sampling method.

The survey targeted 1,200 respondents across 38 provinces, 116 regencies and cities, 120 districts, and 120 villages and urban wards. Those selected were interviewed face-to-face from 26 September to 6 October 2026.
