Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (PPATK) conducted a benchmarking study at the Public Relations Division (Bidhumas) of Polda Metro Jaya to strengthen public communication strategies amid the development of digital information.

PPATK Public Relations Team Leader Tri Andrianto appreciated the materials presented during the event. He said he gained much learning regarding public communication management.

“We gained many new insights on public communication strategies, especially in the digital era,” Tri said in his statement in Jakarta on Friday.

He also hoped that in the future, cooperation between PPATK and Bidhumas Polda Metro Jaya could continue to strengthen public relations functions.

“This activity is expected to enhance the capabilities of both institutions in facing increasingly dynamic public communication challenges,” Tri stated.

“Information conveyed to the public must be accurate, balanced, and easy to understand,” said Budi in his statement in Jakarta on Friday.

According to Budi, managing digital media is one of the keys to facing the rapid flow of information today.

“In addition, internal synergy and a single-point communication system are considered important to maintain information consistency,” Budi revealed.

The benchmarking study was held at the M2C Room of Bidhumas Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, on Thursday (2/4), led directly by the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, and attended by Bidhumas staff as well as the PPATK Public Relations team.
