PP Presisi to Dissolve and Liquidate Business Entity
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Pembangunan Perumahan Presisi Tbk (PPRE) has announced plans to dissolve and liquidate one of its subsidiaries, PT Presisi Sumber Anugerah (PSA).
According to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the move follows an evaluation of the group’s business strategy and structure. PSA was deemed no longer aligned with the company’s development direction and business focus.
In addition, PSA has not been actively conducting business operations to date and therefore has not contributed to the company’s performance or the achievement of its business strategy.
“The corporate action planned is therefore the dissolution, followed by the liquidation, of the company’s indirectly owned subsidiary, PT Presisi Sumber Anugerah,” management wrote on Monday, 19 October 2026.
PSA is indirectly owned by PPRE, which holds a 51 per cent stake in the company.
Together with Koperasi Mitra Prima Selaras (KMPS), PSA’s other shareholder, PPRE signed a shareholders’ circular resolution on 19 October 2026 concerning the dissolution and appointment of a liquidator. The resolution approved PSA’s dissolution and subsequent liquidation, effective from the date the circular resolution was signed.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of Vendy Ardianto Utomo as liquidator to carry out all necessary actions in connection with PSA’s dissolution, in accordance with PSA’s articles of association and applicable laws and regulations.
PPRE said PSA’s dissolution and liquidation would not affect its operations, legal or financial position, or business continuity. The company also said there was no other undisclosed material information or fact beyond what had been stated in the letter.
