Post-Eid Holiday, Central Jakarta District Court Promises to Investigate Viral Video of PTSP Officer Allegedly Playing Games
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Central Jakarta District Court (PN Jakarta Pusat) claims to be investigating a viral video of an officer at the Integrated One-Stop Service Desk (PTSP) who is allegedly engrossed in playing games during working hours. Spokesperson for the Central Jakarta District Court, Andi Saputra, said that the investigation process is proceeding even though some staff are on Eid leave. “Moreover, we have all returned from Eid leave. So we will investigate it as soon as possible for further follow-up,” Andi stated when contacted by Kompas.com on Wednesday (18/3/2026). From confirmations conducted, it was revealed that the account only reposted the video from the social media platform TikTok. According to Andi, he is currently coordinating internally to ensure the truth of the video, including the timing of the incident and the identity of the recorded officer. The Central Jakarta District Court promises to convey the results of the investigation to the public after the verification process is completed. Previously reported, a video showing a female officer at the PTSP of the Central Jakarta District Court allegedly playing games while on duty went viral on social media on Wednesday. In the recording, several visitors can be seen sitting in the waiting chairs. Across from them, a female officer manning the counter is seen staring intently at the computer screen. However, the computer screen used has two sides, so the display on the front side can also be seen by the public. “Indeed, the most fun service while playing games,” reads the caption attached to the video. Meanwhile, the account @aishsholihah added a caption, “Yeah, maybe because of fasting, she forgot that the screen is two-way. Forgot to turn off the front screen, huh.” Many expressed regret over the officer’s behaviour, which was deemed unable to distinguish between working hours and rest time.
