PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has officially reshuffled its board of directors. In a shareholders’ decision signed on 15 July 2026, M. Iskandar Kunaefi was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Daud Joseph who resigned effective 30 June 2026. In addition to appointing a new CEO, the shareholders also approved an organisational restructuring that separates the finance and risk management functions, which were previously combined in a single directorate. The position of Director of Finance and Risk Management has been changed to Director of Finance, and a new position of Director of Risk Management has been created. Under the decision, Fathul Anwar, who previously served as Director of Finance and Risk Management, has been transferred to the role of Director of Finance. Meanwhile, Rosmanidar Zulkifli has been appointed as Director of Risk Management. The term of office for the newly appointed directors runs until the closing of the fifth Annual General Meeting of Shareholders following the decision, without prejudice to the shareholders’ right to dismiss them at any time. The decision follows the resignation of Daud Joseph and is part of an organisational restructuring aimed at improving the company’s management effectiveness. The shareholders of PT Pos Indonesia, namely the Head of the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Body as the holder of Series A Dwiwarna shares and PT Danantara Asset Management as the holder of Series B shares, enacted the decision, which took effect upon signing on 15 July 2026.
