PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has requested a delay in the payment of the 15th interest instalment for the 2022 Series B Pos Indonesia Bonds, which was originally due on 25 September 2026.

In a letter numbered 92358/KU.00/IX/2026 dated 25 September 2026, submitted to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), Pos Indonesia stated that the value of the maturing bond interest amounts to Rp11.75 billion.

“Request for postponement of the 15th interest payment of the 2022 Series B Pos Indonesia Bonds,” read the subject of the letter signed by the Finance Director of Pos Indonesia, Fathul Anwar.

Pos Indonesia explained that the interest payment due on 25 September 2026 could not be fulfilled because the company’s current cash position and liquidity are not yet sufficient to meet the obligation.

The company stated that it is continuously working to optimise cash flow and secure funding, while simultaneously implementing transformation programmes and performance improvements to strengthen its business fundamentals and financial condition.

Pos Indonesia also expressed its commitment to settling the payment obligations in accordance with the applicable regulations.
