PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has paid out returns on its Sustainable Ijarah Sukuk I Pos Indonesia Phase I 2024 Series A-C amounting to IDR 24.12 billion to investors. The sixth-period return payment was made on Friday (24/7/2026) through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI).

Pos Indonesia Corporate Secretary Iwan Gunawan stated that the return payment was distributed in accordance with the applicable securities administration mechanism. “This Ijarah Sukuk return payment is evidence of Pos Indonesia’s commitment to maintaining investor trust and fulfilling all obligations in accordance with the Trustee Agreement and the sukuk issuance documents,” Iwan said in a statement on Monday (27/7/2026).

Iwan explained that the securities paid include the Sustainable Ijarah Sukuk I Pos Indonesia Phase I 2024 Series A-C with codes SIPOST01ACN1, SIPOST01BCN1, and SIPOST01CCN1. The payment represents the return for the sixth period.

According to Iwan, the fulfilment of this obligation reflects the company’s commitment to implementing the provisions agreed upon during the sukuk issuance. Pos Indonesia also continues to apply the principles of good corporate governance and transparency to its stakeholders.

He stated that the return payment also reflects the company’s maintained fundamental condition amidst global economic dynamics. “Therefore, we will continue to ensure every obligation is fulfilled on time while applying the principle of transparency in accordance with applicable capital market regulations,” Iwan said.

In addition to fulfilling obligations to investors, Pos Indonesia continues to carry out various innovations to improve company performance. The company stated that the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) principles is one of its focuses in strengthening competitiveness.
