PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) continues its commitment to driving the digital transformation of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

One of its efforts is the staging of the PosAja MSME Coaching Clinic in the cities of Bandung and Cirebon.

“This programme forms part of the company’s strategy to broaden the adoption of digital technology among MSMEs so that they can enhance their competitiveness and expand market access,” said Helly S Halimah, Senior Vice President of Retail Business at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), in Bandung on Tuesday (14 July).

She added that digitalisation has become a primary need for MSME players, enabling them to adapt to changing consumer behaviour whilst capitalising on the continually growing digital economy.

“Through the PosAja MSME Coaching Clinic, we want to provide assistance that not only introduces digital platforms, but also equips business owners with practical skills to grow their businesses. Pos Indonesia wants to be a partner that supports MSMEs so they become more advanced and competitive,” she added.

The PosAja MSME Coaching Clinic is designed as a comprehensive mentoring programme that introduces a range of digital solutions to business owners. Participants receive training on digital marketing strategies, online store management, logistics service optimisation, and the use of PosAja MSME features that can help improve business operational efficiency.

At the Bandung event, participants received direct guidance on using the PosAja MSME platform as an integrated business management solution — from setting up an online store, managing product catalogues and handling customer orders, to shipping processes supported by PT Pos Indonesia’s (Persero) service network, which reaches the whole of Indonesia.

COLLABORATION WITH KOMDIGI

Meanwhile, the PosAja MSME Coaching Clinic in Cirebon was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) together with Pandu Literasi Digital. The synergy aims to improve the digital literacy of MSME players whilst encouraging the optimal use of technology to develop more modern, efficient and competitive businesses.

“Pos Indonesia is not only providing logistics services, but is also part of strengthening the national digital ecosystem through the provision of integrated business solutions for MSME players,” said Helly.

She added that Pos Indonesia hopes the PosAja MSME Coaching Clinic can accelerate the adoption of digital technology among business owners, increase the use of PosAja MSME services, and strengthen a digital ecosystem capable of contributing to national economic growth.

Going forward, PT Pos Indonesia will continue to expand collaboration with various ministries, agencies, regional governments, communities and other strategic partners to deliver sustainable mentoring programmes. This step is expected to further encourage Indonesian MSMEs to move up a class through the use of digital technology, so they can compete in both national and global markets.
