Polri's Lemdiklat Opens AI Workshop to Enhance Police Human Resources Quality

Lemdiklat Polri has officially opened a workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI). This workshop aims to enhance the quality of Polri’s human resources based on technology and information.

The workshop was opened on Monday (13/4/2026) in Jakarta by the Acting Head of Lemdiklat Polri, Irjen Andi Rian R. Djajadi. The event is being held in a hybrid format, with face-to-face participation from Lemdiklat Polri personnel and online via the Zoom platform.

The activity can be joined widely by participants from various regions and is open to the public. The speakers invited come from PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator.

“The utilisation of AI technology is a strategic step in improving the quality of Polri’s human resources, in line with the transformation towards a precise, adaptive, and professional Polri,” said Andi Rian.

Andi Rian stressed that human resources are the primary factor in improving quality. One way to achieve this is through the utilisation of AI.

The utilisation of AI in daily tasks, especially for Lemdiklat personnel who mostly serve as educators in Polri’s educational units across Indonesia. Thus, said Andi Rian, it can support the learning process effectively and efficiently, based on information technology.

Andi Rian also urged all training participants to take the session seriously. He hopes that participants will use this training opportunity to deepen their understanding and skills in the field of artificial intelligence.

Andi Rian also hopes that this workshop will serve as a forum for exchanging experiences, strengthening synergy, and encouraging innovation to support the modern and trustworthy performance of Polri.
