Polri Reimplements One-Way System on Trans-Java Toll Road towards Jakarta
The Indonesian National Police’s Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) has begun implementing a one-way traffic engineering system on the Trans-Java Toll Road towards Jakarta, starting from KM 263 on the Pejagan-Pemalang toll road to KM 70 on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road. A national one-way system will be enforced if around 4,000 vehicles pass through KM 414 at the Kalikangkung Toll Gate. Aerial photos show vehicles traversing the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road section in Majalengka Regency, West Java, under this one-way arrangement. Police officers are directing vehicles intending to enter the toll road towards Java onto arterial routes during sterilisation ahead of the one-way implementation at the Cikampek Toll Gate in Karawang, West Java.
